1. Babysitting is a Dangerous Job (Roberts)
From the moment she set eyes on the three Foster kids, Darcy knew being their baby-sitter would be no picnic. But the pay was twice her usual rate, and the job was only for a few hours a day—surely an experienced baby-sitter like her could handle it. But that wasn't enough to prevent a baby-sitter's worst nightmare from coming true. Now it's up to Darcy to rescue the Foster kids-and herself-from three ruthless kidnappers.

The kidnappers were attacked by wasps.

A:Darcy didn't want to tell the police because she thought she was overreacting and making a fuss about nothing.

I just couldn't put the book down! It has some really exciting parts! I loved when Darcy and Jeremy snuck into Okie's bedroom to get to the open window, I thought they would get caught!

DeleteThe book had so much action, and it explained that things like kidnapping happen but you have to be brave!

I really liked this book and it was very exciting! Also, it has a lot of great vocab words.

My favorite part is when Darcy uses the light from the cupola to signal a police car. At first she thinks it didn't work, but it did.

I loved this book!

I just re-read this book and it still was amazing! I loved it when Darcy and Jeremy tricked the kidnappers by leaving strips of their clothes by the bush!
